CCRC offers professional development opportunities to child care teachers in child care centers, family child care, and out of school programs, as well as to those who care for the children of friends and relatives.  

Child Care Resource Center wants to support you in planning your career. We offer a variety of options:

Career Planning Workshops

• Information to potential teachers about jobs in the field, what they require and professional development opportunities in the community that support you to enter the field.

• Information for teachers looking to enhance their credentials in the field and explore the variety of career options available to them. Help understanding and selecting the right career pathway. Information for those who are planning to start their own licensed child care program about the process.

One to one help from a Career Planner for a reasonable fee  (free to those who live or work in communities who subsidize the cost).

Technology Trainings to enhance knowledge of basic computer skills.
