PROVIDER COMPLAINT POLICY:

The Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) is the agency responsible for licensing child care programs and monitoring standards of care. As part of your child care search, we encourage you to call EEC and ask about each program’s licensing history. (EEC) is also responsible for researching complaints against specific programs or providers. Please call EEC directly to report a complaint about a child care facility. Call the Department of Early Education and Care at: (617) 988-6600 to be connected to the licensing office for your community.

I&R SERVICE COMPLAINT POLICY:

CCRC’s goal is for consumer education and referral staff to deliver high-quality, family-centered services to each client who contacts our agency. Clients who express concern or dissatisfaction with CCRC’s services will receive immediate attention, and every effort will be made to resolve the complaint to the extent of our ability.

In the course of their work, Child Care Resource Center, Inc. employees may learn or come into contact with confidential information related to our customers and clients. Information collected from customers and clients is confidential and used only in the context of providing services through our programs. Any information shared outside of the Child Care Resource Center will be in statistical form only. Employees are strictly prohibited from disclosing confidential information about clients to anyone outside our agency.

All employees are expected to abide by this Confidentiality provision even after departure from or termination of employment at CCRC.
