Child Care Financial Assistance
Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) provides child care resource and referral services for many of the communities in the greater Boston metropolitan area or EEC Region 4 (click here to see map). CCRC is the provider of Voucher and Information & Referral Services for all families in 50 cities and towns and is the lead agency for the Region 4 Professional Development Partnership (R4PDP) providing support for educators and providers in the entire region.CCRC will be working hard to make sure that all families have easy access to information and helpful staff near where they live and work, as well as improved communications through email and our website.
Our main office is in Cambridge, very close to the MBTA red line, but we also have a staff available to see clients in a number of outpost locations so that families don’t have to travel far to meet with one of our staff to renew a voucher, get help with child care issues, or learn about other services and resources. Staff are also available to see clients in Framingham, Woburn, and Norwood, and we will be adding additional outpost locations as needed. We also have a mobile team that will come to provider agency sites to work with staff and families on voucher enrollment and renewals.
If you are not a current voucher client would like to apply for financial assistance, please click here for more information and an application.

Renewing your Voucher
About one month before your voucher expires, CCRC will send you a letter with information about how to set up an appointment or begin the renewal process by mail. You can find many of the forms you need on this website.
To save time, please let us know how to reach you by email. Send an email to voucherfamilylist@ccrcinc.org with your name, the name of your child, your email address, your phone number, and the end date on your voucher. Staff members are meeting with clients throughout the day, so it is often better to contact your voucher counselor by email than phone.
VOUCHER PROVIDERS If you are a voucher provider, to save time and ensure that we can communicate with you efficiently, please contact us by email to be put on our provider notification list. Just send an email to providerlist@ccrcinc.org with your program name, the name of your director or enrollment administrator, that person’s email address and phone number.
If you are a voucher provider serving families who live in Quincy, Braintree, Cohasett, Hingham, Hull, Miltion, Norwell, Randolph, Scituate, or Weymouth, please click here for information about voucher services for these towns.
Voucher Agreements and Other ResourcesAll providers serving children with a voucher administered by CCRC must have a new Voucher Agreement with CCRC each year so that we may process billing and reimbursements. Click here to find the materials you need to renew your Voucher Agreement for FY2012 (July 1, 2011-June 30, 2012), forms for administering vouchers, or to set up a new Voucher Agreement.
