2012 Training Resources for Educators and Providers
The R4PDP calendar of Professional Trainings and supported College Courses for Winter-Spring 2012 is now available on this web site. You can also find information about our offerings on the EEC online training calendar and see a printable catalog for all six EPS programs across the state by going to the EEC website.
To participate in any R4PDP or EEC sponsored professional development activities, educators must be registered on EEC's Professional Qualifications Registry (PQ Registry). This includes educators in licensed OR license-exempt programs. Your official PQ Registry number is required on all application forms. To find out more about the PQ Registry, talk to your Director or go to EEC online at: https://www.eec.state.ma.us/PQRegistry/
A NOTE ON PRIORITIZATION FOR SERVICES
EEC funding that supports R4PDP courses and trainings is intended to benefit all types of educators and providers in the early childhood and out-of-school-time fields in Massachusetts, but in filling training openings, EEC requires that priority be given to providers and educators serving children with EEC subsidies (vouchers or contracts) or in Commissioners' districts.

R4PDP Professional Trainings/CEU Courses
The application period for each CEU course offered by R4PDP is open until one week before the start date. No late applications will be accepted. Spaces are filled based on priority and date of application. If courses receive more applications than we have spaces, we will make every effort to offer the course again later in the year.

R4PDP College Courses
R4PDP works with several colleges to help educators and providers access college courses. Because the number of openings in each course is limited, interested educators must apply for a seat by the deadline listed for each course.
Educators are assigned seats based on their priority according to the EEC guidelines (see A Note on Priorities above) and their need. If courses receive more applications than we have spaces, we notify educators who do not get into the course about other ways to access the same type of course later in the year or directly through another college. Our professional development coaching and mentoring services are available to help educators learn more about gaining credentials in the field and increasing their education.
